Bill Curnow > Aerocare lent the use of one of their helicopters to the Lubbock Sheriff's Office shortly after the body of Kay Harrelson was found.  The 'copters was used for aerial reconnaissance and documentation.
Bill Curnow > We spent the night in Biloxi, MS with 2185 (Wharton, TX) and 2161 (Bay City, TX).  Bay City was returning from deployment in Florida for Tropical Storm Ernesto.
Bill Curnow > Nation-wide, the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army don't get along all that well, but here in the South Plains we have a wonderful relationship and frequently work together.  On this day, the Red Cross worked with the Salvation Army to provide food and water to 40+ fire fighters.  The Red Cross was also on hand to provide food, shelter, and clothing for the victim of this house fire.
